Service for Alexis Marie Spurlock will be 2:00 pm, Monday, April 17, 2017 at Friendly Foyil Baptist Church. Friends may visit at the funeral home Monday morning from 9:00 a.m., until 11 a.m. Alexis passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was 12.
Born April 22, 2004 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Alexis attended school at Foyil. She enjoyed playing soccer and was quite good at it. Alexis was a kind and loving daughter, sister and friend. She was always thinking of others before herself.
Alexis is survived by her mother, Jennifer Christina Spurlock and her father James Allen Spurlock and fiancée Amy, and her sisters Maddie Spurlock and Emaleigh Spurlock. Alexis is also survived by her grandmother Twila Spurlock and great grandmother Lila Ford and her grandfather Robert Patteson.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Stanley Spurlock and great grandfather Mody Ford.
