Kevin Dewayne Lewis

Service for Kevin Dewayne Lewis will be 2:00p.m., Friday, October 21, 2016 at MMS-Payne Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday, October 20 from 1pm--6pm, family will receive visitors from 4pm--6pm. Kevin passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at OSU Medical Center. He was 50.

Born May 2, 1966 in Claremore, to Tommy Ray Lewis, Sr. and Myrtle (Snell) Lewis, Kevin was reared and educated in Claremore. While in high school, Kevin played football and later in life he was a wrestler and went by the name "Wild Child". He also enjoyed fishing, singing and playing guitar and drums. Kevin was evolved with his church, Emmanuel Baptist and treasured his friends there.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Janine Scott.

Family members that survive include his siblings Tommy Ray Lewis, Jr. and wife Linda of Welty, Mary Lewis Scott and husband James of Wetumka, Jerri Sparks and husband Rick of Loveland, CO, Franklin Wayne Lewis of Wewoka and Ronnie Lewis and wife Barbara of Seminole.
