Marty passed away Thurs., Dec. 26, 2013, at his home at the age of 42.

The son of Jimmy Dan and Wilma Louise (Criner) Millikin was born March 25, 1971, in Walsh, Colorado. Shortly after his family moved to northeast Oklahoma. As with most of his family, Marty was introduced to music at a young age. His instrument of choice was the piano. In the years to follow Marty became an amazing pianist. It would be his calling to serve the Lord. As the Bible states it was his ministry of helps. His adult life was spent traveling in Evangelistic work with his family and playing the piano at churches all over the country. He would play anytime and place that he was asked. However he would admit that working in the New England states were some of his favorites especially Maine. The last few years Marty's burden was to take his dad and mom to all the churches they had ministered in one more time. In 2012 he took them to 21 of those churches traveling through 9 states. He also made several Christmas trips with Jimmy and Shauna playing music at Christmas banquets and Christmas services. They traveled many miles together. He also recorded 7 music albums with his family. Marty loved helping children. Always gravitating to the children he thought were in the most need of support. Being as gifted as he was at the piano, he helped and inspired many to play. Several are still playing in churches today. In his spare time Marty loved to collect ministry books, model airplanes, and Volkswagen matchbox cars. One of his favorite things to do was to take his VW bug out on a summer evening with his niece Carli and nephew Landon with him. Traveling was also an interest visiting 48 states only missing Alaska, and Hawaii. Marty will be greatly missed and remembered as a loving son, brother, brother in law, Uncle and friend to all.

Marty is preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Dwayne Millikin and grandparents: Dan and Rose Millikin, and Toy and Clara Criner; .

He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Wilma Millikin of Claremore; brother, Jimmy J. Millikin and wife Shauna; niece, Carli Millikin; nephew, Landon Millikin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
