Pamela Zincke

February 12, 1958 — June 21, 2015

Funeral service for Pamela I. (Prather) Zincke will be 2 p.m., Thurs., June 25, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charlie Lehman officiating. Burial will follow at Ward's Grove Cemetery, Foyil. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wed. 4-8 p.m.

Pam passed away Sun., June 21, 2015, at North County Nursing Home, Collinsville, at the age of 57.

The daughter of Ralph Edgar Prather and Ruby Faye (Dayton) Prather was born Feb. 12, 1958, in Claremore. Pam grew up in Foyil and attended Foyil schools where she played basketball. On Dec. 8, 1978, she married Allen Bruce Zincke and they made their home in Foyil. Pam was an entrepreneur and enjoyed running her business, Dog Creek Mobile Homes, where she bought and sold mobile homes. She also worked as a parts manager for Jack Kissee Ford, and later at the Claremore Indian Hospital as a phone operator. As a youngster Pam enjoyed taking wagon rides with her siblings. Pam was a great cook, making fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken dumplings. She also liked being outdoors taking trail rides and camping with her family. She had a wonderful spirit and gave her family many wonderful memories. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Allen in 2004; her parents: Ralph and Joyce Prather, and Ruby Burgess; grandparents, Oscar and Jessie Prather; brother, David Prather; and companion, Larry Sang.

She is survived by her children: Michael Wayne Zincke and wife, Melonie, and Brandi Michelle Dunn and husband, Johnie all of Foyil; siblings: Susie Maggard and husband, Randy of Adair, Jack Craig of Pryor, Tammye Cox and husband, Billy of Fairland, and Sherri Riddle and husband, Royce of Chelsea; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Debbie and Bill Davis of Claremore, Vicki and Paul Horner of Chelsea, Kathy Arbogast of Ventura, CA, and Raymond Barker of Colorado; grandchildren: Amber Zincke, Kristin Stahlman, Kayla Greene and husband, Niko, Emily Beasley and husband, Jake, and Zach Dunn; and great-grandchildren: Jaxxon Beasley, Kinley Beasley, and Jayden Green.
