Service for Ruby Louise Tynes will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2016 at the Inola Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Choteau North Cemetery.
Ruby passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the age of 85.
The daughter of Baley and Minnie (Vanover) Skinner was born January 1, 1931 in Coweta, Oklahoma. As a young girl her time was spent living in the Choteau area. When she became older, and begin to raise her family, Ruby moved to Pryor. For the next several years she lived in Pryor, and worked for Walmart. In the late 1990's she retired from Walmart and moved near her daughter in Catoosa.
Her hobbies included reading and watching John Wayne movies, with her favorite being McClintock.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Baley and Minnie Skinner, and brother Kenneth Skinner.
Survivors include her only child, Jennie Hutchinson and husband Ron; grandson, Joseph Lincoln and wife Lisa, and step-grandchildren, Vallerie Hutchinson, Jerry Hutchinson and husband Delon Harris, and B.J. Turner and wife Jamie; great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Lillian Lincoln, Nakeisha and Kobe Johnson, and Audra and Travis Turner, along with many friends and extended family.
