Bruce Langdon “Rocky” Lane, 86, of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, July 2nd, 2022 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born October 29th, 1935 to James Langdon and Alice (Jiorhouetti) Lane in San Leandro, California.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bruce married Brenda Tate on May 24th, 1996, in Glendale, Arizona. When Bruce lived in California, he enjoyed meeting his brother, Roy, for breakfast every Friday. He loved to golf and watch the LA Dodgers. He was a member of Elks Lodge in Arizona and Cornerstone Baptist Church of Claremore. He could often be found on his deck with his dog, Precious, enjoying the nature that surrounded him and spending time with his family he dearly loved.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda; brother Roy and wife Krys Lane, brother Arnold Lane, sister Barbara May Lane, and children; Kristy and husband Scott Anderson, Jeff and wife Pam Lane, Kelly and husband Burt Clemmens, Tim and wife Julie Lane, Tina and husband Ray Burk, and Seth and wife Jayme Myrick. Grandchildren include Erik Anderson, James Anderson, Holly MacNeil, Shawn Lane, Katie Staples, Danae Topp, Joel Page, Todd Page, Timothy Page, Madie Myrick, and Robbie Myrick plus 21 great- grandchildren.
