James Logan Lee

Memorial service for James Logan Lee will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018 at River Bend Arena in Inola. James passed away at his home on Thursday, December 20th, 2018. He was 69.

Born October 5, 1949 in Judsonia, Arkansas to Grandville Logan and Edith Jane (Grimes) Lee, James worked the majority of his life on a ranch. He was employed by Rockin JD Ranch, Beaver Ranch, Tulsa Stock Yard, and at one time worked for Heston in Claremore. He had a strict work ethic and stayed till the job was finished. On September 23, 1989 he married Susan Marie Thurman and the couple began a great life together.

Those family members that survive include his wife Susan; his sons Garry Hoskins and wife Jennifer of Yukon, Joshua Hoskins and wife Regina of Bixby; brothers Willis Lee and wife Paulene of Judsonia, Arkansas, Lloyd Lee of Foyil, Richard Lee and wife Julie also of Judsonia, Larry Lee and wife Patricia of Inola, Roger Lee and wife Kathy of Kinsett, Arkansas, Alfred Lee and wife Michelle, Edward (Red) Lee and wife Tammy all of Inola; sisters Lorene Ferren of McRae, Arkansas, Irene Bratcher of Baldknob, Arkansas, Faylene Lee of Kinsett, Arkansas, Melba Lee of Wenatchee, Washington, Linda Lee also of Wenatchee; grandchildren Courtney Bergen, Garrett Hoskins, Baylee Hoskins, Jocelynn Hoskins, Samuel Hoskins, Aiden Hoskins, and Maddox Hoskins; extended family Dillion Chapman and wife Gabby, Arlo Chapman, Brandon Hellard, Donna Bergen, Danielle Bergen; Ashley Lisenbe, and Gabby Bergen. James was preceded in death by his parents Grandville and Edith Lee, brothers-in-law James Bratcher, Alfred Ferren, and Junior Smith, niece Tonya Bratcher and nephew Terry Ferren.
