Paul Lee Dexter

Paul Lee Dexter was born September 5, 1946 in Williamston, Michigan to Don and Betty Dexter. He attended schools in Williamston and afterwards joined the Navy and proudly served his country.
He met his future wife, Patricia Shafer, at a family birthday party. The couple married in January 23, 1965. In 1979, the family moved to Claremore for Paul’s employment with Hilti, where he was a faithful employee for 38 years. Family was the most important to Paul and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He loved watching their sports and was always at their games. He was an avid golfer and attended Claremore FUMC.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his grandsons Jacob and Joshua Dexter.
Paul is survived by his wife, Patricia his children: Dan Dexter and wife Teresa of Inola, Michelle Robinette of Claremore, and Lyn and Steve Hipp of Chelsea as well as 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
