Raymond Lee Cleek passed away on June 11th, 2020. He was 74 years old.
Raymond was born to Joseph and Francis Susana Cleek on May 15th, 1946 in Owalla, Oklahoma. He went to the Owalla School until 8th grade. He spent the first part of his life in the Claremore area trading horses and working with race horses. when Raymond was 21 years old, he was drafted into the Vietnam War where he served his country proudly from 1966-1970. When he came home from the war, he continued his work as a carpenter building homes.
Raymond enjoyed the little things in life. He thoroughly loved taking care of his cows, horses’ chickens and pigs on the farm. He also enjoyed bailing hay in the summer with his friends. Raymond could be found working in garage on cars and four-wheelers. he loved to tinker with engines. When Raymond was not taking care of the farm, he was spending time with his family and wife Davidaa, they married on January 2, 2000. They had many wonderful years together and loved each other dearly.
Raymond Cleek is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Francis Susana Cleek; his sisters Faye; his brothers Hosie, Russel, Joe, and Ricky Cleek.
He is survived by his wife Davidaa Cleek; His daughters Barbara and husband Bob Beckwith, Lisa and husband Garry McBride. His sons; Shannon Cleek, Cody Cleek and Chance Cleek; and grandchildren Jon, Samantha and Raiden Beckwith. Step-Children; Daphine Hamlin, Geneva Diaz, David Eaves, Steven Eaves.
