Lacita Mae McDonald

Funeral service for Lacita Ann "Lee" McDonald will be 10 a.m., Wed., Nov. 26, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hope Cemetery, Adair. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tues. 1-6 p.m.

Lee passed away Sat., Nov. 22, 2014, at her home at the age of 61.

The daughter of Arnold Wade and Dorothy Lee (Williams) Hughes was born July 31, 1953, in Chelsea. She graduated from Barnsdall High School. On Nov. 19, 1994, she married Bobby McDonald in Claremore and they made their home in Chelsea. Lee enjoyed fishing, riding horses when she was younger, and in her later years she enjoyed making jewelry. She also loved taking care of her flowers and plants.

Lee is preceded in death by her father, Wade Hughes; and brothers: Nathan and Arnold Hughes.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby of the home; son, Ronnie Miller and wife, Anna of Catoosa; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; mother, Dorothy Williams of Claremore; sister-in-law, Dottie Hughes of Idaho; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
