Hazel, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away on November 6, 2018. Hazel was born on July 7, 1932, to Albert and Alice Richardson in Delaware County.
Hazel is survived by son James Wells and wife Phillis of Foyil, daughter Linda Smith and husband Ron also of Foyil; grandchildren Jamie and wife Stephanie of California, Jennifer and Jessi Peal of Foyil; Andrea and husband of Tulsa; step-grandchildren Phillip Hull, Kristin Brown, and Lorrie Hull, all of Foyil; brother Forest Richardson and wife Hilda of Wichita, KS, and sister Sue Rakes of Seneca, MO.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, husband Johnny Vann; sister Helen Womack, and brother Kenneth Richardson.
We wish to thank the staff at Sequoyah Point Living Center in Owasso for the loving care they gave to Hazel.
