Graveside service for Priscilla Sue Phillips will be 11 a.m., Wed., at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, with Pastor Bill Bender officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of MMS-Payne Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tues. 1-8 p.m., and family will greet friends 6-8 p.m.
Priscilla passed away Fri., March 4, 2016, at St. John Hospital, Tulsa, at the age of 70.
The daughter of Harold Carney and Verleda (Rabe) Carney was born May 1, 1945, in Wichita, KS. As a young girl the family moved to Tulsa and Priscilla went on to attend Rogers High School. On June 8, 1962, she married Robert Phillips and they made their home in Tulsa. Priscilla was a homemaker and did some seamstress work on the side. She loved her family reunions and visiting with family. Priscilla stayed busy crocheting, and making quilts and crafts. She was an active grandmother, playing Wii with her grandchildren.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; 3 brothers; 3 sisters; great-grandson, Riyley Chayse; and daughters-in-law: Lora Lynn Phillips and Linda Phillips.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Phillips of Claremore; daughter, Sherry Englebright and husband, J.R. of Mannford; brothers: Edward "Sonny" Carney and wife, Jo of Chouteau, and Roger Wusk of Nebraska; sisters: Marcele Craig and husband, Dale of Casseville, MO, and Janice Henderson and husband, Roy of Texas; grandchildren: Sara Shrum and husband, Kyler, Natasha Phillips, Dylan Gehri and wife, Amanda, Jerry Robert Phillips and wife, Alexis, Samantha Gibson, Jason, Adam, and Nick Englebright, and Alex Englebright and wife, Anna; Conner, Jaxon, Serenity, Bailey, Emberlynn, Carson, Easton, and Michael, Jr.
