Trilba Sue Caracci

November 30, 1937 — July 13, 2020

On Monday, July 13, 2020, Trilba ‘Sue’ Kirkbride Roach Caracci, left this earthy plane. Born November 30, 1937 in Pryor Ok to Willard and Mary Kirkbride. A longtime resident of this area she attended Bushyhead School and graduated from Chelsea High School in 1956. She was extremely active in school being on both the Softball and Basketball teams and the FHA.
In 1957 she met and married John Henry Roach, the union bore 3 children. In 1979, while visiting Puerto Rico for the birth of her 1st grandchild, she met and married August P. Caracci.
Sue’s tenacity and love of life saw her through the death of both husbands and her parents. Late in life she worked for Subway of Claremore for close to 25 years, just to have something to do. Sue was extremely independent and a hard worker right up until her death. An avid reader you could easily find books all around her house. But, above all, family was her greatest treasure.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands and a great grandchild. Sue leaves her 2 sisters, Barbara Taylor and Nina Tedlock, both of Chelsea, Ok; her daughters Twila McClure, Rae Roach, Lynn Roach; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday, July 20, 2020 at MMS Payne Funeral Home, 102 West 5th Street, Claremore Ok. Viewing will be 12:00--2:00 with the service commencing at 2:00.
