Alton Earl Justice

Alton Earl Justice passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023, he was 55 years old. He was born January 12, 1968, to J.R. and Linda Justice in Petaluma, California. He grew up in Inola, OK and attended Inola Public Schools. 

He loved fishing and rock and roll. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to concerts, eating Coney Islander and making others laugh. He was always the life of the party, enjoyed playing pranks and telling tall tales. He also loved being a Papa and spending time with his grandkids. 

Alton began working as a laborer, eventually worked his way up to heavy equipment operator, foreman, and was a supervisor of many large projects installing underground utilities.

He is preceded in death by his father J.R. Justice; along with his 3 siblings; Brenda Hyder, Jimmy Justice and Lisa Justice. 
Alton is survived by his mother Linda Justice of Inola; son Waylon Holzhauer and wife Chelsea Holzhauer of Inola, and daughter Brittany Bingham and husband Tim Bingham of Inola; nieces Kelsey Justice of Sallisaw and Hannah Justice of Inola; grandchildren Keith and Mckenzie Bingham; bonus grandchildren; Jimi, Layla and June.
