Charles Edgar Whitlock Sr. passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 57. He was born on December 10, 1967, in Pomona, California to Billy Joe Whitlock Sr. and Margaret Janette Burrow.

Charles was raised in Vinita, Oklahoma, where he attended Vinita Public Schools from kindergarten through his senior year. After school, he pursued a career as a truck driver, a profession he remained dedicated to for the majority of his life.

Outside of work, Charles enjoyed woodworking and tinkering with small engine repairs. He had a creative mind and a practical approach to life, often reclaiming and repurposing items—believing that everything could have another use and a second life.

Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Whitlock and step-son Drew Zander Henson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Coella Whitlock; his father, Billy Joe Whitlock Sr.; his brother, Billy Joe Whitlock Jr.; his sister, Lynn Jones and husband Skip; along with his ten children and six grandchildren.

Charles will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, resourcefulness, and the love he had for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of creativity, dedication, and cherished memories.
