Claremore, Ok

Debra Lea Ott, lovingly known as Debbie, passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 65. She was born on September 23, 1959, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Harry and Barbara Noble. A lifelong Claremore resident, Debbie held deep roots in the community she called home.

She attended Claremore Public Schools and graduated in the Class of 1977. Debbie was known for her simple joys in life, especially her love for bingo, bunco, and spending time with her cherished grandchildren, who were truly the center of her world.

Debbie was a proud homebody who rarely strayed far from the Claremore area. She enjoyed visiting the local senior center for lunch and connecting with friends. Her spunky personality, sense of humor, and kind spirit made her a joy to be around.

She dedicated over two decades of her life to Sonic Drive-In and later worked as a cook at the Claremore Indian Hospital for 22 years. Debbie married Paul Ott on May 13, and the couple shared 25 wonderful years of love and companionship.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda; parents, Harry and Barbara Noble; siblings, Curtis Pranger, Dale Noble and Marilyn Noble.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Paul Ott; her son, Dusty Grant and wife Heather; sisters Shirley Smith and Sharon Cleek; and her beloved grandchildren: Serenity, Buddy, and Michael, along with a host of extended family members and friends.

Debbie will be remembered for her strong spirit, her love for family, and her unwavering loyalty to the town she called home.
