Gearldine Byler

Gearldine Byler, 76, passed away on October 18, 2026.

Gearldine was born in Arkansas to Marshall and Clara Byler. She grew up in Pryor, Oklahoma and Chelsea, Oklahoma, where she remained a longtime resident.

Gearldine enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved collecting mint coins, reading her Bible, and listening to music, especially bluegrass. One of her favorite pastimes was visiting the park to watch and feed the ducks. She found joy in these quiet moments and the everyday pleasures that made life special.

Gearldine was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Clara Byler; and her siblings, Nona Carpenter Kenny Byler, Edward Byler, and Carolina Harris.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lydia Spiegel and her husband, Danny; grandchildren, Nancy Martin, Ace Martin, and Charles Spiegel; niece, Aneliese Piguet; and six great-grandchildren.

Gearldine will be remembered for her appreciation of life’s simple pleasures and the memories she leaves with her family and loved ones.
