Gloria Lynne Perea

It is with great sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Gloria Lynne "Cookie" Perea.

Gloria was born February 5, 1950, in Vinita, Oklahoma to Frank and Edna Phifer Adams. Gloria passed away June 12, 2026, at St. John's Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents; infant son Donnie Farbro; brothers Bob Adams and David Adams; sisters Frances Lee Cox, Marilyn Sue Hefner, and Merri Elyn Newman; and nephews Rennie Dishman and Justinlee Wallis.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Charlie Perea of Mesa, Arizona; sons Lonnie Farbro of Wichita, Kansas, and Earnest Lee Farbro, II of Talala, Oklahoma; grandchildren Josh Farbro, Barbara Roberts, and Bodey Farbro; great-grandchildren Tynslee Mae Farbro, Lyla Grace Farbro, and Evelyn Marie Roberts; sisters Twyla Saldivar, Lana Heath, Glenda Pezzella, and Rita Adams; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held August 8, beginning at 10 a.m. at Chelsea Civic Center, with memorial service to begin at 12 p.m.
