Visitation for Janice Lee Watkins will be from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Inola Funeral Home, family will be there to receive visitors.

Janice Lee Watkins was born on June 27, 1942, in Springfield, Missouri to W.H. and Mary Belle Lybrook.  She departed this life on November 13, 2023, at the age of 81.

Though she spent most of her childhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Janice traveled to California to visit her dad and stepmother, Dorothy.  She actually graduated high school in California.

Janice met and married Harold Roberts in Tulsa.  Together they had 2 daughters, Donna and Debbie.  Though they later divorced, Janice and Harold remained friends, often spending time with each other and their respective spouses.

Janice met and married E.B. Watkins in 1980.  Together, they built a beautiful home/ranch south of Inola.  To say that E.B. was the love of her life would be an understatement.  Janice and E.B. traveled to all corners of the country.  They enjoyed a good, long road trip; making certain to stop at every casino and racetrack along the way!

It is said that a mother's heart is full, happy and unselfish.  It is said that a mother's love is undying and unconditional.  These could not be more true of Janice.  She had a love for her family and those in her life that was pure, true, and everlasting.  She approached each day with a happy heart and a beautiful, giant smile.  If asked how she was doing, Janice would always say, "so far so good" or "I think I'm good", and "don't tell me any different"!

Janice will truly be missed by all those whose lives she so sweetly touched.  She is survived by her daughters, Donna J. Sims (Dale Brough) of Inola, Oklahoma, and Debbie L. Lemaster of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Trevor W. Lemaster (Candice Lemaster), of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Trenton D. Lemaster (Cassie Lemaster), of Claremore, Oklahoma, Casey L. Davis (Christopher Davis), of Inola, Oklahoma, and Ashton N. Lemaster of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; 5 great-grandchildren, Cameron, Isaiah, Caleb, C.J., and Carlie.  Janice is also survived by a half sister, Mary O'Hara and stepchildren Ronnie Watkins, Sharon Morgan, and Tish Young, together with their families.

Janice is preceded in death by her husband, Euwell Baker Watkins (E.B.); her ex-husband, Harold Roberts; her parents, and half-brother, Gary Lybrook.
