J.D. Line Jr.

J.D. Line, age 97, was born on April 21, 1929, in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, to James D. Line and Lorena Moore Line. He peacefully passed away surrounded by the love and memories of a life well lived.

J.D. proudly served his country in the United States Army and was stationed at during his time of service. After serving his nation, he built a successful career as an industrial engineer and retired from in 1985.

On October 7, 1949, J.D. married the love of his life, Geraldine Line, in Oklahoma City. Together they shared 61 wonderful years of marriage filled with love, devotion, laughter, and cherished memories.

J.D. was a devoted family man who deeply loved spending time with those closest to him. He is survived by his daughter, Judy Kennedy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; step-grandsons Josh Kennedy and his wife Kayla of, California and Ben Kennedy and his wife Anna Kennedy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; along with cherished great-grandchildren Halle, Felix, Heath, and Luke.

J.D. had a passion for fishing, the outdoors, nature, and the simple joys of life. Whether sitting peacefully by the water, enjoying the beauty of nature, or spending time with family and friends, he found happiness in life's meaningful moments. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, hardworking spirit, love for his family, and kind heart.

His legacy of love, dedication, and faithfulness will live on through all who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
