John Robert Valadez

John Robert "Bob" Valadez, a cherished soul, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, at the age of 77.

Born on May 23, 1949, in Wichita, Kansas, to Juan and Maria (Quiroz) Valadez, Bob's journey began with humble roots. He graduated from South High School and embarked upon a dedicated career in the aircraft industry.

Life's path led Bob to Colorado for several years, but his heart found its true resting place in Claremore, where he settled in 1995. Here, he cultivated a life rich with simple pleasures, tending lovingly to his garden and finding joy in the companionship of his beloved dogs, Niki and Suki. Bob treasured his home and the company of his partner, Johnathon T. "Jon" Ellis, with whom he shared countless cherished moments.

Bob is survived by Jon, his devoted sister Carolyn Perez, and a wide circle of loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. His memory will also be carried by those who preceded him: his parents and siblings Raymond, Roger, Tony, Manuel, Josie Cornejo, Cecilia Avila, and Carmon Cornejo.

In quiet reflection and gentle love, Bob leaves behind a legacy of warmth and dedication.
