A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel.  A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at MMS-Payne Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Johnnie Allen Cutsinger, age 84, of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on October 8, 2023, surrounded by family. He was born in Sparks, Oklahoma, on February 19, 1939, to Tommie Troy and Flossie Bernice Cutsinger. He married his loving wife, Barbara Jean Cutsinger, in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 28th, 1958.

Johnnie Cutsinger was a loving husband and cared for his wife through thick and thin. Their long, happy marriage of 63 years was an inspiration to those around them. He was a devoted father of four. He greatly enjoyed watching his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandson grow and play in his home. Some of his interests included fixing up antique cars, hunting, handy work, riding motorcycles, scuba diving, skiing, and square dancing with his wife. Johnnie Cutsinger's legacy of love, resilience, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures will forever echo in the hearts of his family and friends. As we bid farewell to a remarkable man, we take solace in knowing that he has reunited with his beloved Barbara and their sons, finding eternal peace in each other's arms.

He is survived by his daughters, Regina Culbert (Jimmy) and Randa Leibovitz (Blake); his grandchildren, Bill Bryant, Randy Kitchens (John), Lakin Smalley (Jud), Kaylee Murray (Derek), Kylie Roberts (Jake), and Hunter Leibovitz (Sarah); his great-grandchildren, Noah Bryant, Kolbie Hamilton, Tristyn Hamilton, Everleigh Smalley, Lliam Bryant, Lyla Murray, Nolan Smalley, Logan Murray, and Grayson Murray; his great-great grandson, Everett Bryant; and his siblings, Eleanor Shepard (Sam), Carolyn Woods (Don), Bob Cutsinger (Judy), Linda Wilson, Sharon Knight (Ted), and Rick Cutsinger (Kyle).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tommie Troy and Flossie Cutsinger; wife, Barbara Cutsinger; sons, Johnnie Dewayne and Randy Cutsinger; sibling, Tommie Cutsinger; and siblings-in-law, Jack Teague, Jay Wilson, and Lavonne Cutsinger.
