Judith Ann Frederick

Judith Ann Frederick was born October 7, 1941 to Clifford and Lola Cutler in Des Moines, IA. She attended Lincoln High School and later obtained her GED from RSU. She became a mother to Diane in 1958 and again to Brian in 1960. She met the love of her life, Philip Frederick, in 1963 and married him. Life took the family to Africa and Brazil for many adventures.

The family came back to the states in 1973 and bought Midway Mobile Home Park in Claremore, Oklahoma. Judy managed the park. In 1979, she became a first time grandmother to Tracy. In the 80’s, she became an ordained minister along with her husband. She held Kids Club at Koinonia Methodist Church in Claremore. She helped design many parade floats and lead many kids to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. In 1991, Judy gained a new daughter-in-law, Phyllis. In 1994, her first grandson, Yoonjae, joined the family on Columbus Day. In 1998, her second grandson, Blake, arrived.

One of Judy‘s favorite things was: “ Grandma‘s my name, spoilin’s my game”. She lived up to that saying very well. In 2001, she became a great grandmother to Shelby and again in 2003 to Tyler. In the early 2000’s, she started working at Central State Community Service as a caregiver. She absolutely loved the clients she cared for.

 Judy is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Diana, and her sisters Myrtle and Karen.

She is survived by her husband, Philip Frederick, of the home. Son, Brian Frederick and wife Phyllis of Claremore. Granddaughter, Tracy Frederick of Claremore; grandsons Yoonjae Shin, PhD of Lexington, VA and Blake Frederick of Tulsa, OK. Great grandchildren, Shelby Flores and husband Abel of Broken Arrow, OK; Tyler Werner of Bixby, OK and nephew, Paul Denton of Claremore.
