Julia is the daughter of William E. Skinner, Jamestown, NY and Julie Durlin Skinner of Wrightsville, Pa.
She is survived by her parents, two sisters, Sandra Hansen and Leila Allison of Pennsylvania. Two half brothers, Denny and Donny Durlin of Wrightsville, Pa.
She was preceded in death by a half sister, Teresa Durlin Exley, and two half brothers, Dean Durlin and Danny Durlin.
