Larry Allen Little

September 17, 1942 – December 1, 2025

Larry Allen Little was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Hardy Hayes Little and Betty Lucille (Easley) Little. Larry had an early love for flying and became the youngest pilot in Wichita, Kansas, completing his first solo flight at just 13 years old. Larry also enjoyed being an amateur radio operator. He was known by the handle “WW5WOW.”

Larry enjoyed fast cars. He spent time being involved with Top Fuel Dragster Racing in the 1960s and 70s, as well as NASCAR. He served as a Master ASE Technician. He also enjoyed firearms and combat shooting. Larry proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hardy “Jack” and Betty Little.

Larry is survived by his son, Raymond Sandecki and fiancée Shannon Nelson; his daughter, Renee Sandecki; his grandchildren, Briana and her husband Adrian Villa, Austin and his wife Heather Sandecki, Benjamin and his wife Caroline Sandecki, Haven Sandecki, Katelyn Sandecki, and Kayla Sandecki; nine great-grandchildren, and one more on the way.
