Louise G. Wofford was born December 18, 1950 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Bear and Eliza (Vann) Grimmett.  She grew up in the Cherry Tree community. Taking care of her family was Louise’s top priority.  She also managed a career as a hairstylist for nearly 40 years.  Working for Snippers Salon for most of that time, with Ron and Susan White as the proprietors and later Wendy Moneypenny.  Louise loved her church, Victory Tabernacle, and she devoted many hours in service.  She was most content spending time with her family, visiting with her siblings for hours.  Louise also enjoyed watching her children and later grandchildren in their activities, always there cheering them on.

Those family members that survive include her daughter Bonnie Tannehill and husband Darrold; sons Brandon Wofford and wife Julie, and Brant Wofford and friend Carrie Hughes; grandchildren Tiffany, Kelsey, and Felicia Tannehill, Lacie, Matt, and Emily Wofford, and Montgomery Hughes; great-granddaughters Kimberlee Gibson and Harlee Jo Tannehill; brother Roy Grimmett, sisters Linda Washington and husband Teehee and Roberta Bunch and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clayton Wofford; grandchildren Taylor and Tyler Tannehill; brothers George Grimmett, Sr., Rufus Grimmett, Sr., and brother and sister-in-law Turner and Dorothy Grimmett
