Otis William Feemster

Otis William Feemster, age 66, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026.

Otis was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother whose greatest joy in life was his family. He was absolutely obsessed with his grandchildren their laughter, their milestones, and every moment he could spend with them.

His love for his animals was just as strong, and he had a way of connecting with every creature that crossed his path.

An enthusiastic lover of music, fun, and family, Otis brought energy and warmth wherever he went. Whether he was sharing a favorite song, telling a story, or simply enjoying time with the people he loved, he made life brighter for everyone around him.

Otis is survived by his wife, Shelly Feemster, and his daughter Heather, and sons Christopher, Eric, and Joshua. He is also survived by siblings Sherron, Donna, Vanessa, and Clifford. He was preceded in death by his father Otis, mother Billie Jean, and brother David.

His family will forever carry his love, his laughter, and his spirit with them.
