Pamela Sue Clapp passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 62.

Pamela was born in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Joe and Sue Anna (Buster) Kennedy. She was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she attended school and graduated with the Class of 1981. During her school years, she was a twirler in the band and loved participating in parades, creating memories that she treasured throughout her life.

After graduating, Pamela continued working at Ben Franklin, where she had been employed while in high school. She later accepted a position as a distribution clerk with EDS. It was there that she met John Miller II. The couple married and made their home in The Colony, Texas. In the early 1990s, Pamela returned to Oklahoma with her children, settling in Inola to be closer to her parents.

Pamela found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved all kinds of crafts and was always working on a creative project. She enjoyed taking leisurely drives through the countryside, spending time outdoors, and took great pride in keeping her lawn and flower gardens beautiful. Above all else, Pamela cherished the time she spent with her family. Whether celebrating holidays, sharing meals, or simply being together, her children and loved ones were always at the center of her heart.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Anna Kennedy.

Pamela is survived by her children, Amie Spurlock and husband Brett, John Miller III and wife Lanie, Brittanie Sue Howard and husband Caleb, and Austin Clapp and wife Anna; her father, Joe Kennedy; her brother, Bill Kennedy and wife Vanessa; along with many other relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Pamela will be remembered for her kind heart, creative spirit, and the unconditional love she gave to her family. Her legacy of love and devotion will continue to live on in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
