from 1 – 7 (family 5-7).   Patricia passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was 81.

She was born June 27th, 1942, in Tulsa, OK to Claude and LeeAnna (Martin) Carr. She spent most of her childhood in and around Jenks, OK. She was one of nine children. She met and was instantly smitten with her “Johnny” and went on to marry him on November 5th, 1959. They lived mainly in the Jenks, Chelsea and Big Cabin area during the  first 10 years of marriage, settling in the hills of Big Cabin for the last 55 years or so, loving and raising their 6 children. They loved sitting around talking about their kids and grandchildren.

Patricia was a homemaker and seamstress. She loved sewing and crocheting. She made wedding, bridesmaid, miniature bride, and flower girl dresses for family and friends. In her later years she enjoyed crocheting baby clothes and baby blankets. She was an Apostolic through and through. And a great example of a Proverbs 31 woman.

With the support of her husband, one of her greatest joys, when her children were growing up, was taking them and their friends to church events and making sure her children were involved in all areas at the church. Once she became a Nana; she loved taking her grandchildren when she could. She loved spending time with her Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, and Great-Great-grandchildren. She was so looking forward to meeting her newest Great-Great Granddaughter (Gianna Alani Rose Morgan), the birth of a new Great-Great-Grandson Ledger Louis Moss, and the birth of a new Great-Granddaughter Fiadh (Fia) Lior Harris.

Patricia was survived by her husband John of the home; two siblings; her beloved sister Loïs Morgan, and brother William Carr; 6 children; Tina and Joe Anderson, Sandra Wall, Kelly Griffith, April Hogan, Jerry and Angela McAlister, and John and Debra Short; 16 Grandchildren; Kendra Short, Tyler and Loren Stafford, Rachel and Jason Baldridge, Rebekah Hanes, Ashleigh Wall, Brittany and Chuck McComb, Caleb and Liz Wall, Holly and Marcus Harris, Jayden Griffith, Skyler Hogan and Julia, Patrick Elrod, Jericah McAlister, Lyndze McAlister, Casey Short, Jacob Short, and Isaac Short; 15 Great-Grandchildren, Tristan Moss and Gracie, Andrew Morgan and Julia, Darrius Morgan, Xzavier Morgan, Ben McComb, Owen McComb, Franco Harris, Florence Harris, Fenway Harris, J.J. Short, Grayson Baldridge, Harper Baldridge, Natalie Cook, Blake Cook. and Abigale Hanes; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Slayton John Moss and Gianna Alani Rose Morgan;  as well as Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
