Rachel Northweather

March 21, 1964 — May 20, 2022

Rachel Rene' Northweather of Claremore, OK joined the party in heaven with Jesus on May 20, 2022.


Rachel, the biggest encourager ever, was born in Okmulgee, OK on March 21, 1964. The Northweather family moved to Claremore, OK in 1970 after a brief stint in California. Claremore is where Rachel grew up. According to her brother John, she was an annoying child, but we all know how brothers are! Rachel was a quiet bookworm as child. After graduating from Claremore High School in 1983 she work in several stores in management. Later in life she worked as patient advocate coordinator at Cardon Outreach.

Rachel loved her nieces and nephews, and her family would tell you that they were her hobby, taking them out and spoiling as only an aunt can.

Rachel will most be remembered for her strong faith in Jesus and her heart for those she loved. She was a constant encourager to many. Rachel was constantly giving of herself. She may not have always been treated well by others, but she went right on loving them and praying for everyone. Rachel's heart was for everyone to know and to love Jesus.


Rachel was proceeded in death by her father Kenneth James Northweather and her grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Rachel is survived by her mother Brenda Fay Northweather, her sister Rebecca Ann Northweather, her brothers James Glen Northweather and John Paul Northweather. She is also surrvived by her neices Shawna Marie Quinton and Jenna Renna Northweather and her newphews Richard Allen Quinton and James Brendan Northweather.
