Memorial Service for Rhonda Peck will be 2:00p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2015 at MMS-Payne Funeral Home Chapel. Rhonda passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the age of 51.
Rhonda Kay Peck was born November 25, 1963 in Neosho, Missouri, to Lester and Kay (Bogle) Shuey. She received her education in her birth community, graduating with the class of 1982 from Neosho High School. Rhonda continued her education later by attending Rogers State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1981 Rhonda married Tony Gregory and this union was blessed with 2 children, David and Kayla. A hard worker, Rhonda was employed by a chemical company at the port and for the last 10 years she has been an accountant for Community Action Research and Development. In 2008 she married Steve Peck and the couple made their home in Claremore.
Rhonda was a giving and loving person. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved children and her beloved dogs, Cole, Cinna and Claud. At one time, Rhonda enjoyed playing golf. She was a special mother that enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, playing pitch, and fishing. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Her infectious laugh and sweet spirit will be missed by all who knew her. Those family members that survive include her husband Steve of the home; her children David Gregory of Claremore and Kayla Gregory and fiancée Mathew Romero of Lawton; her parents Lester and Kay Shuey of Neosho, Missouri and her brother Kenny Shuey.
