Ronda Mae Frizley

Catoosa

 

             Ronda left this life to be with the Lord on July 03,2023.  

Ronda was born July 31, 1939 in Catoosa OK to Brigham and Mildred Carr.

 

Ronda graduated from Catoosa High School in 1957 as Valedictorian as well as Most Athletic of her class.  She worked various jobs over the years in her hometown of Catoosa finishing her working career after 20+ years at Lowrance Electronics.

 

Ronda married Otto Gale Stout on July 25, 1958 and was blessed with 4

Children, Mark Allen, Mona Gayle, Charles Matthew and Michael Edward Stout.

 

Ronda was a member and lifelong pianist of the 1st Baptist Church of

Catoosa for many years until she joined Oak Grove later in life.  She LOVED playing the piano and spent many hours playing for the whole

Catoosa community whether it was for weddings, funerals or just filling in where needed.  Ronda always loved being surrounded by family and spent many hours devoting her time to her children and grandchildren.

 

Ronda is survived by her children along with spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren:

 

Mark & Letha Stout of Owasso OK, children Kelsey, Cody, Kaden, Bryce, Raelynn and Sabrina 

Mona & Bobby Tollette of Bixby OK, children Bailee & Taylan Goss, Travis, Kala, Stephen Tollette, Bradlee, McKinzley, Denver and Cooper

Matt & Pam Stout of Catoosa OK, children Brittney & Chris Morgan,

Daxton Otto

Michael & Theresa Stout of Verdigris OK children Zoe and Brynlee

Ronda’s sister and brother in law - Howard and Linda Kay Dorsey of

Council Hill,  OK and their family

Ronda’s brother - Brigham Carr of Claremore and his family

Ronda’s sister in law - Kathryn Carr of Bentonville AR and her family

 

Ronda is preceded in death by her husband, James Frizley; grandparents

Jesse & Eva Collings, her parents Brigham & Mildred Carr, her late brother Bobby Carr and late

children’s father Otto Gale Stout.

 

Ronda will be remembered as the founding first president of the Catoosa Historical Society and lifelong member who never met a stranger.
