Losinger, 61, passed away on October 17, 2025, in Oklahoma after a courageous fight against lung cancer. She was born on November 17, 1963, in Salem, Oregon.
Ruth (“MoMo,” “GiGi”) was a beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt and friend. She lit up every room she entered. Her family fondly remembers countless hours spent dancing and singing, taking long walks in the summertime, and laughing late into the night. She loved cooking and baking, playing with her grandchildren, coloring, and (loudly) cheering on her favorite football teams. Ruth loved fiercely and strongly, and she always made sure to tell you she “loved you with all of her heart and soul” before she left you and she meant it.
Ruth is survived by her father, Roger French; her sisters, Shella Hugget and Teresa Johnson; and her children, Misty Losinger, Lisa Blanchard (Shane Blanchard), and Glendell Watson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In Heaven, she joins her mother, Dorothy French; her siblings, Robert French and Dawn Osborn; and her sons, Ronnie Losinger Jr. and Howard “Bubba” Watson Jr.
Ruth showed her warm, forgiving, and passionate spirit in everything she did. Her presence is missed every single day, and her memory is kept alive in the hearts and souls of those who love her.
