Sharon Passed away on Monday, October 5th, 2026 at the age of 82.

She was the daughter of Howard and Annie (Graves) Neal. Born on Sunday, November 7th, 1943 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Her family lived in the small community of Satterwhite. At the age of 2, her family ventured to California to try and better themselves. They lived in the Varnelis area where many people from Oklahoma and Arkansas had settled. They moved back to the Satterwhite area in the fall of 1948. She attended Satterwhite grade school and graduated as the Valedictorian of her class from Elmore City High School in 1961. She went on to College at East Central State University in Ada, where she graduated in May of 1964, after only three years of study. She moved to Tulsa and began her first teaching job with Tulsa Public Schools. One Saturday she decided to go to Cain's Ballroom to see Willie Nelson. It was there that she would first meet Waymon "Bo" Bean. They began dating and married on March 24, 1967 in Elmore City, Ok. They made their home in the Lenapah, and Foyil areas over the next few years, eventualy moving to the Winganon area in the mid 1970's.

Her teaching career was over 32 years. She taught in places such as Tulsa, Sequoyah, Wann, Foyil, Sand Springs, and Chelsea, before taking a job as an assistant librarian at Rogers State College in 1996. She retired in July of 2003.

In her spare time she enjoyed reading, listening to gospel and old country music, and traveling. Mostly she enjoyed being with her family, eating out (Mexican food was her favorite), and bargain shopping for holiday decorations.

She will also be remembered as a lady who cared for others. She loved helping people in the community, and was a proud member of the Primitive Baptist Church in Broken Arrow.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Annie Neal; husband, Bo Bean, and sister, Joyce Stanford.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Rudd and husband Scott; Kristy Albert and husband Steve; grandchildren, Derrick Morgan and wife Amelia, Riley Hutt, Gage Hutt and Dawson Rudd; step-daughter, Stephanie Morgan and her children; sister, Sue Kendrick and many other extended family members and friends.
