Sharon Lynn Carroll

Sharon Lynn Carroll passed away on March 17th, 2026.

Sharon was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Alvin and Mary Lou Armstrong. She grew up in El Segundo, California and graduated from El Segundo High School in 1974.

She spent most of her life in Claremore, Oklahoma and Jay, Oklahoma-two places she deeply loved.

Sharon had a beautiful smile and a warm, welcoming spirit that would light up a room. She never met a stranger.

She loved her Lord and Savior, cherished time with family and friends.

She loved reading her Bible and all of Danielle Steel books, watching Price is Right, playing card games and always cheering for OSU.

She had a love for the ocean and beach and was known for her smile, talking and laughing.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Mary Lou Armstrong.

Sharon is survived by her Dad, Alvin Lee Armstrong; her daughters, Leeanna Self and husband Waylon, and Mandy Parrish; her sister, Diana Burdette; her brother, Larry Armstrong; her grandchildren, Colten Self, Gunner Self, Cody Self, Huly Self, Kiya Parrish, Ashtin Parrish and BrittLynn Hartley; her great-grandchildren, Hallie, Collins, Taylor Ann, Ellie, Colter, Ronan and another one on the way.

Sharon will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
