Sharon Kay Proctor

Sharon Kay Proctor, age 62, of Chelsea, Oklahoma, passed away on September 19, 2025.

Sharon was born on April 10, 1963, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Melvin and Juanita Proctor. She grew up in Chelsea and graduated from Chelsea High School with the Class of 1981.

Sharon had many passions in life. She loved animals, gardening, camping, and fishing, but above all else, she cherished her family, grandchildren, and friends. Her kindness and devotion to those she loved will always be remembered.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Juanita Proctor; and her brother, Freddie Allen Proctor.

Survivors include her son, Jesiah Proctor and wife Jayme; siblings, Bill Proctor and wife Rita, Larry Proctor and wife Mary, and sister Joan Swaggerty and husband Joe; grandchildren, Melvin Proctor and Olivia Hill Proctor; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

Sharon’s legacy of love, warmth, and care will continue to live on through the lives of all who knew her.
