Shirley Susan Lambert Franklin left this earthly home March 17, 2022.
She was born July 1, 1947 in Claremore, Oklahoma at the old Franklin Hospital. She was the 6th and last born child to Minnie Worden Lambert and Bill Lambert. She grew up in Oologah. She married Ronald Franklin December 20, 1968 and they were married until his death in 1995. They made their home in Adair where they raised their 3 daughters, Pam, Paula, and Penny.
Shirley's interest involved her family in every way. If she wasn't visiting family, she was putting their pictures in scrapbooks and adding pictures to her home. Her grandchildren would say they had the best grandma ever.
Shirley is survived by her three daughters and their husbands. Pamela Rudolph and husband Michael, Paula Thomas and husband Kris, and Penny Wright and husband Morgan. Grandchildren are Clay, Chance, Cristin, Zach, Katie, Kris, Logan, Toby, Gage, and Ripley. She is also survived by her brother Gary Lambert and wife Joyce, her sister Betty Joyce Cooper, and husband Gary.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Franklin, her parents, her brother Jim, and sisters Joann and Peg.
Shirley (Mom, Grandma, G-Dawg) will be greatly missed by her family.
