Susan's love for her family was evident in everything she did. She shared a deep and devoted bond with her husband, Mike Gibson, whom she married in 1970. Their union was a symbol of love and commitment that inspired all who knew them.
Susan had a passion for gardening and planting flowers; it was in these quiet moments amidst nature that she found solace and peace. She adored her cats and dogs, finding comfort in their companionship. Often seen sitting on the porch, watching birds flutter by or admiring the beauty of Thomas Kinkade paintings, Susan appreciated the simple pleasures of life.
Among those who brought light to Susan's life was her niece, Debbie Eagle. Debbie introduced Susan to the teachings of Jesus, leading them to share moments of prayer and discussions about scripture over the phone. These spiritual connections enriched Susan's life and brought her closer to her faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Scott and Doris Davis; husband Mike Gibson and Son John Gibson.
Susan is survived by her niece Debbie Eagle; nephews Calvin Scott and Justin Gibson.
To those who knew Susan Diane Gibson, she will be remembered as a kind-hearted soul with a gentle spirit. Her love for family, faith, and nature left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her.
