A celebration of life service for Tim Keller will be held at 10:00a.m., Friday, January 23, 2026, at Claremore First Methodist Church. Tim passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 59. He was a beloved husband, father, Popi, son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of many during his time with us.
Timothy Dale "Tim" Keller, born on March 17, 1966, in Claremore, Oklahoma to Charles and Judith (Nash) Keller. He attended school in Claremore where he graduated with the class of 1984. With a strong work ethic and genuine desire to grow, Tim continued his education at Rogers State College.
Tim’s career began during High School at Braums Ice Cream, followed by positions at Walmart, Umicore, and ultimately at Phillips 66, where he concluded his professional journey.
Those who knew Tim would describe him as selfless, big-hearted, calm, and deeply lovable. He was a steady and grounding presence in his children’s lives and cherished his family above all else. One of his most treasured traditions was planning family vacations—famously placing all 50 states into a jar and drawing one at random to choose their next destination. This tradition led to years of unforgettable adventures and memories shared with those he loved most.
Fishing was not just a hobby for Tim; it was a profound passion and place of peace. Those who knew him would readily affirm that he could often be found on the water. He reveled in the great outdoors, whether it was fishing, camping or hunting, always finding solace in nature.
Tim was a man of faith who found peace and strength through his relationship with the Lord. He valued his church family at BattleCreek Church and the sense of community and support it offered. His faith influenced the way he lived each day, leading him to walk with kindness, humility, and love for others.
Tim leaves behind a loving family that includes his wife, Christina Keller, his mother, Judi Keller, and his children: Breanna Lee and her husband Larry, Kelsea Leal and her husband Jorge, Zane Scrivner, and Taygen Scrivner and her fiancée Reese Stokes. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Nevaeh Lee, Gracey Isam, Sophia Leal, Jentry Leal, Reese Hughes, Ryett Scrivner, and great-grandchild Rykin Lee. He is also survived by his sister, Stacey Dowden and her husband Roy, his mother-in-law, Mary Dennis, and his brothers-in-law, Oren Dennis and his wife Tiffany, as well as Isaac Dennis and his wife Charity. Tim's warmth and kindness will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his three cherished dogs, Ruger, Bella, and Dude. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Charles Keller, and his father-in-law, Marcus Dennis.
Tim Keller's spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of all who knew him. His legacy of love, devotion to family, and quiet strength will never be forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Tim’s honor to The Ballard House, a cause close to his heart. Donations may be made online at theballardhouse.org/donate (please include a dedication in memory of Tim Keller), or by mail to 21421 Cinco Park Road, Katy, TX 77450.
