Timothy Daniel Keniston Jr.

Timothy Daniel Keniston Jr. passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the age of 63.

Tim was born to Timothy Daniel Keniston Sr. and Juanita Alice Lane on November 18, 1962, at Beale Air Force Base in California. He married the love of his life, Lesie Jackson, on October 28, 1987, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Tim worked in sales for the majority of his life.

Tim was a member of New Life Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved bass fishing, which was his favorite pastime. He also enjoyed working in the garden, creating Christmas light displays, and watching football. Talking to folks about Jesus, above everything else, Tim loved being with his family and making memories with those he loved.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Timothy Daniel Keniston Sr. and Alice Lane Clay; his son, Derek Keniston; and his grandparents, Virgil and Juanita Lane.

He is survived by his wife, Lesie Keniston; his children, Daren Keniston and David Keniston and his wife, Carla; his sister, Tonya Goodson and her husband, Russell; granddaughter, Evie Keniston; nephews, Talon Townsend and his wife, Jamie, and Trevor Townsend and his wife, Haile; cousin, Jason Keniston; along with several other cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family, and friends.

Tim will be remembered for his love of fishing, his enjoyment of the simple things in life, and most of all, his love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
