A visitation will be held for Tommy Gordineer on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 1pm-5pm at Inola Funeral Home. Tommy passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He was 61.

Tommy Joe Gordineer, born on January 19, 1964, in Hominy, Oklahoma, to Bobby Joe and Jean Eloise (Mason) Gordineer. Tommy's education journey began at Garfield Elementary in Enid, Oklahoma, and with a move, he finished his schooling in Mississippi. His early experiences laid a foundation for a life that was rich in relationships and experiences.

Tommy began his career working alongside his father in his heating and air conditioning business, before eventually joining various companies throughout his life. His most recent employment was with Questec, where he made valuable contributions to the team.

He met his beloved wife, Carol Creighton, in Mississippi, and together they shared a joyful partnership that spanned several decades. The couple has held the warmth of their family close at heart, residing in various states including Mississippi, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, with their most recent home in Disney, Oklahoma, for the last five years.

Music played an essential role in Tommy's life; he had a deep love for it and demonstrated his skills by playing both the guitar and drums. Additionally, he found joy in metal detecting. However, the greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his cherished grandkids, who brought him immeasurable happiness.

Tommy is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Gordineer, and their sons: Tommy Joe Gordineer, Jr., Brandon Gordineer, Jeffery Gordineer and wife Heather, Bobby Joe Gordineer, and Matthew Gordineer. He is also survived by his brother, Steve Gordineer, and his sister, Cynthia Gordineer, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Granville and Ruth Mason, his parents, Bobby Joe and Jean Eloise (Mason) Gordineer, his brother, Bobby Gene Gordineer, and his mother-in-law, Linda Bradshaw.

Tommy's legacy will live on through his family and all those who knew him. He touched many lives with his kindness, laughter, and love.
