William David Cremer, lovingly known to family and friends as “Liam,” passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026, at the age of 17.
Born on March 10, 2009, in Tallahassee to David and Michelle (Caldwell) Cremer, Liam lived a life filled with curiosity, kindness, intelligence, and quiet joy. Throughout his childhood, his family moved often following his father’s work, allowing Liam to experience life in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Arizona, and Alaska before the family made their home in Oklahoma in 2018.
After moving to Oklahoma, Liam attended Sequoyah Schools and quickly distinguished himself through his love of learning and thoughtful nature. He later began taking classes at Rogers State University and Northeast Technology Center, where he proudly completed the engineering program.
Liam possessed a remarkable mind and an old soul. He had a deep passion for history, especially the medieval period, and could often be found immersed in learning about castles, knights, and ancient civilizations. While traveling, museums were always his favorite destination. He also found happiness in life’s simple pleasures — fishing, enjoying seafood, playing computer games, and visiting aquariums. Those who knew Liam will remember his gentle spirit, sharp intellect, and the warmth he brought to the people around him.
Liam was a faithful member of First Methodist Church of Claremore, where he found community, fellowship, and faith.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ralph Caldwell.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, David and Michelle Cremer; his beloved brother, Alex Cremer; his paternal grandparents, Ted and Dayna Cremer; his maternal grandmother, Priscilla Caldwell; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, classmates, and church family.
Though Liam’s time on earth was brief, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew him forever.
Memorials may be made in Liam's honor to Claremore First Methodist Church Homeless Ministry at Adobe Village at 1615 N. St. Hwy 66. Claremore, Ok 74017
